Windhoek Children's Voices annual concert
The Windhoek Children’s Voices (WCV), led by choir director Fanie Dorfling, is thrilled to announce its annual concert on 23 November at the Suiderhof Dutch Reformed Church in the capital.Since its inception in 2022, the Windhoek Children’s Voices choir has grown into a cherished ensemble of young, talented singers from across the city. In 2023, WCV was awarded Best Line Production at the Namibian Championships for the Performing Arts.
Furthermore, the choir has already performed alongside notable groups, including the world-renowned Tygerberg Children’s Choir and the OYO dance troupe in the production Remembering Johnny at the National Theatre of Namibia. This year, WCV was also invited to perform at the Woordfees Choir Festival.
The 2024 concert programme features an exciting variety of musical genres, including Christmas classics, contemporary hits, Musica Sacra (spiritual music), and Namibian traditional music. The performance promises to captivate audiences of all ages and is a testament to the choir's dedication to musical excellence and cultural celebration.

The concert, featuring an inspiring selection of musical styles, will begin at 19:00, with doors opening at 18:30 for ticket sales. Tickets cost N$100 per person and can be purchased at the door. The concert is expected to conclude by 20:00.
