JUST IN: #NFCFilmWeek in full swing

The Namibia Film Commission's (NFC) film week kicks off tonight and continues tomorrow with five films to be screened at the Namcol Yetuyama Centre in Katutura. The first one is 'Veraa!' by director and writer Tutu Mungoba, which explores the influence of slang language on modern communication and cultural expressions. Secondly, 'Rhino Conservation', a documentary film by Mulenga Mwelwa about the fight against rhino poaching, is up next. Coolcat Productions' 'The Cobin Bok Documentary' will be followed by Ronald James' 'Deep Connection – An Introduction to Namibia’s Sharks'. Lastly, 'The Art of Colour' by writer and director Kaylah Cordom will be shown, set in a futuristic world dictated by colour. Day two of the #NFCFilmWeek starts at 18:30, and admission is free.
