Green engages CX expert
Green Enterprise Solutions (Green) hosted an engaging presentation by Nanda Idink, a renowned Customer Experience (CX) expert from The Communication Architect in the Netherlands earlier this week.The session was held at Green’s office and attended by staff from various departments, reflecting Green’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous growth and exceptional customer service.
With more than 15 years of international experience in CX, and marketing communication, Idink shared insights on understanding and enhancing customer journeys. Her expertise underlined the critical role of customer-centric approaches in strengthening brand loyalty, improving operational efficiency, and driving long-term success.
Sales, technical staff, engineers, and account managers attended the presentation, ensuring that the Customer Experience Masterclass resonated throughout Green.
During her presentation, Nanda highlighted how crafting meaningful interactions at every customer touchpoint creates lasting impressions.
