Water utility NamWater announced the launch of its external customer satisfaction survey, aimed at improving service delivery and strengthening community engagement.
This survey is essential in ensuring that every Namibian has access to sufficient, affordable, and high-quality water.
According to the Head: Public Relations & Corporate Communications Lot Ndamanomhata, this survey is more than just about collecting feedback, it is a key tool for refining operations and aligning their services with customer needs.
