O&L takes full ownership of Broll Namibia
The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group announced the successful acquisition of the remaining 49.9% shares in Broll Namibia, previously held by the Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd.Effective 01 July 2024, this transaction marks a significant milestone in Broll Namibia’s journey towards achieving Vision 2029, positioning the company as the sole shareholder.
