Podcast on oil and gas launched

Namibia Oil and Gas, the online platform for oil and gas-related news, industry information and a resource hub, announced the launch of its new podcast series called Namibia Oil and Gas Conversations. This podcast shares weekly news and discussions about Namibia’s growing energy sector.
The first episode debuted on 3 December, providing a recap of the week’s top stories from the Namibia Oil and Gas resource hub, with stories covering emerging trends, policy updates, youth participation and opportunities in the sector.
Website and content manager Teneal Goagoses expressed her excitement about the podcast, saying: “This podcast is more than just a news overview, it's a conversation starter. Our goal is to bring the complexities of the oil and gas and the renewable energy sector to the forefront in an accessible and engaging way, doing so in bitesize chunks that will appeal to those working in the oil and gas sector and far beyond. This blooming sector is of importance to every Namibian.”
The Namibia Oil and Gas Conversations podcast received over 100 downloads in its first week. Plans for the podcast are to have more engaging conversations with industry experts, government officials, stakeholders and young professionals on various topics surrounding Namibia’s emerging energy sector.
