Diversity celebrated

As Namibia gears up to celebrate Heroes Day on Monday with the theme “Honouring Our Martyrs: Heroes and Heroines,” Letshego Holdings Namibia took a moment to reflect on the unity and freedom our nation’s heroes fought for.
“August 26th not only honours their sacrifices for independence but also highlights the rich diversity that defines Namibia. At Letshego, diversity is more than just a value—it's a cornerstone of the company's culture and a key driver of its success.”
Kingsley Guiseb, Head of People and Culture at Letshego Namibia, emphasised the importance of diversity in the organisation's growth: "The uniqueness of our people drives creativity and innovation, enabling us to better serve our microlending and banking customers with inclusive financial solutions. We don't just acknowledge our differences—we celebrate them as the source of our strength and a vital part of our business success.”
Letshego Namibia is committed to living out its core values of Ubuntu, ownership, diversity, and forward-thinking. These principles foster a culture of unity and excellence, guiding the organization in honouring the legacy of Namibia’s heroes by creating a workplace that truly reflects the spirit of the nation.
