To market the ever-popular Kasi Vibe Festival on a wider platform and thereby attract more visitors, Namibian Sun's tjil segment has joined forces with the organisers to be an official media partner for 2024.
A representative of Kasi Vibe Namibia, Emma Vilho, says the agreement aims to increase the experience for visitors by reaching a wider target audience through diverse media platforms. The organisers are particularly excited about the fact that the agreement has the potential to be a one-stop hub where everything surrounding the festival is available.
With this year's event just around the corner, festival visitors can look forward to significant changes and exciting new concepts that form part of the programme.
The festival takes place from 4 to 6 October at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in the capital, with new elements added to the festival concept to give it a fresh twist.
Kasi Vibe Namibia will henceforth take place once a year, with the focus on deals like the one with tjil that forms part of it.
This year's festival takes place under the banner "Bringing the Kasi Back - International Edition", and promises a rich, cultural experience that spans three days and includes everything from art to musical performances.
A highlight is the inclusion of international food exhibitors who will offer guests the opportunity to go on a culinary journey.
According to Vilho, the planning for this year's festival is well underway and tickets are available via webtickets.com.na and at Pick n Pay branches.
She says the organisers are particularly excited about applications for stalls, with owners of small and medium enterprises in particular keen to take advantage of the opportunity.
Vilho says that these exhibitors consider it an important step for their companies to grow thanks to the festival's platform.
