It's no secret that in the working world, the various industries have evolved over the years, especially with the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI). Many industries, whether corporate or informal, do not operate the way they used to.Some individuals may have the knowledge of how to operate in a certain field, but do they have the skills employers within that field want now?
In this year's edition, great focus was placed on how each industry has evolved, especially in terms of technology. We hope it will enlighten youths on the various skills they need to pay more attention to, and the importance of keeping up with corporate trends.
Every industry is different and requires a different skill set, and with AI programmes out there, it is important for the youth to know how to keep up with the ever-changing workforce landscape.
