A front desk officer, also known as a front desk receptionist or front office assistant, is an administrative professional who works as the organisation's or business's initial point of contact for visitors, customers or clients.
It had always been Franzina Goagoses' desire to work as a front desk officer.
She was largely motivated by her desire to learn new things, no matter how small, and take on new duties in order to continuously improve as an employee and offer more to her team and organisation. She has worked in an office for over a decade.
She enjoys talking to, encouraging, and dealing with new consumers on a daily basis. She gives each customer her undivided attention. Dealing with difficult customers poses the greatest challenge, as she struggles to offer assistance and sometimes falls silent. Nevertheless, she remains calm, compassionate, and a good listener. "Be committed!" she advises anyone aspiring to be a front desk officer. "A genuine and warm smile can convey a positive attitude, confidence, and respect," she said, with a smile on her face.
