"I am responsible for the locomotive expressor, shift and radiators. This is an artisan dual trade, and as a supervisor, I am responsible for my colleagues and running the day-to-day operations of the locomotive. I schedule the locomotives for incoming and outgoing operations and make sure we have enough locomotives for the rolling stock. Being required to work with your hands can prove challenging at times, but I have always strived for performance and getting the job done. Challenges keep me on my toes.”
