New look for Namibia’s flagship beer

Windhoek Beer, a brand known for its commitment to its pure brewing tradition, announced its exciting brand refresh which aims to establish meaning beyond product intrinsics by celebrating the essence of being 100% real.
In a world where conformity often prevails, Windhoek Beer is taking a bold stand, encouraging everyone to embrace their authentic selves and remain true to who they are.
Windhoek Beer's dedication to being 100% real, starts with the beer itself – brewed using the same three original ingredients that have been used for over 103 years: Barley, hops and water. Nothing else. Secondly, its packaging upgrade was designed with simplicity in mind and proudly represents what makes us uniquely Namibian.
“On pack, you will notice our new W design inspired by the mesmerizing flow of the Namib Desert dunes and the shimmer of our hot city streets,” Tasneem Klazen, Marketing Manager for Windhoek Beer at Namibian Breweries Limited, says. “Our Windhoek swash symbolises the timeless beauty of wind-blown sand dunes but is also a signifier of water and refreshment. While our brand refresh means a redesign of our cans and bottles, nothing else changes - consumers can trust that they will enjoy the same great-tasting Windhoek Beer that they've known and loved for over a century.
“Our ‘100% real beer for 100% real people’ philosophy is more than just a slogan – it’s a way of life,” Klazen concludes.
