Customer experience expert, Victor Musiwa, has been appointed to spearhead the CXPA Africa Council. This notable leadership role within the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) positions Victor to drive advancements and foster excellence in customer experience practices across the African continent.
CXPA is a global professional society for customer experience, with a community of over 60,000 customer experience advocates in more than 70 countries around the world. Gartner defines customer experience as the customer’s perceptions and related feelings caused by the one-off and cumulative effect of interactions with a business’ employees, systems, channels or products. Customer experience is the cornerstone of a customer-centric business strategy.
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Relentless CX, Namibia’s premier globally certified experience management company, Victor brings a wealth of expertise to this pivotal role. His extensive background includes professional certifications as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) from CXPA and an Experience Management Professional (XMP) from XM Institute.
With a solid academic foundation, Musiwa holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems with a specialization in block chain technologies and digital transformation from Japan. Additionally, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems, focusing on business process management and enterprise systems, from the University of Cape Town. His academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in computer science and mathematics, from the University of Namibia.
Before establishing Relentless CX, Musiwa served in key positions, including a role as a Customer Experience Specialist at MultiChoice Namibia and as the Head of Customer Experience at Bank Windhoek Holdings.
