PSG launches 'Windows of Wealth' show
PSG Wealth Namibia recently launched its new talk show, 'Windows of Wealth'. The show aims to inspire and empower Namibians through captivating interviews with some of the country’s most influential leaders and trailblazers.'Windows of Wealth' brings audiences closer to the personal and professional journeys of CEOs, notable business leaders and government officials who share their stories of growth, challenges and triumphs from childhood to their current successes, a statement read. "Through these intimate conversations, the show seeks to uncover the heart of what drives these remarkable individuals and the lessons they’ve learnt along the way."
The series starts with a compelling episode featuring Gys Joubert, CEO of Gondwana Collection Namibia, offering an inside look into his rise from humble beginnings as a legal clerk to his leadership role in one of Namibia’s largest hospitality companies. In the latest episode, released on 17 October, finance minister Ipumbu Shiimi shares his story - from his modest upbringing to his impactful role in shaping Namibia’s economic future.
Insights beyond the boardroom
"Each episode dives deep into the educational backgrounds, career paths and pivotal moments that have shaped the guests' lives, providing viewers with insights beyond the boardroom. These stories are motivational and filled with practical wisdom as guests candidly discuss their financial challenges, missteps and the lessons that helped them succeed," the company said.
A special segment titled 'Five on Five' adds a unique touch. Guests answer rapid-fire, personal questions, offering viewers a glimpse into their personalities beyond their professional personas. Highlights include Joubert’s reflections on his unexpected career shift to CEO and Shiimi’s lighthearted memories of his days as a varsity footballer.

'Windows of Wealth' is now available on PSG Wealth Namibia’s YouTube channel, and full episodes are also accessible through their Facebook and Instagram pages.
