In a recent interview, salesperson Toini Komeha said: "We supply everything for hotel rooms. From towels to furniture, we supply it all”.
The company also supplies tea, coffee, body wash, body lotion, cutlery and crockery.
When asked about their sewing department, Komeha said this is mostly for their adverts, which sees the company add its branding to products.
Hospitality Textiles Supplies CC prides itself on delivering quality products and excellent service to its clients.
According to Komeha, when establishments buy from them, they can expect quick delivery and stock that's always available.
"We do not keep clients waiting unless it is something that is over the quantity we keep in stock," she said.
Meanwhile, the company has gained a reputation for excellent service, and has worked with several notable hotels and lodges.
"To mention a few, I have worked with Avani Hotel, Strand Hotel, Arebbusch Travel Lodge, and many other lodges outside Windhoek," the salesperson said.
The company delivers for free within the capital, while clients outside Windhoek are required to pay for transportation.
Hospitality Textiles Supplies CC may not be in the spotlight, but it is certainly the unsung hero of the hospitality industry. It has played an integral role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests, and continues to do so with its dedication to quality products and excellent service.
