In the bustling corridors of Wennie du Plessis High School, one learner stands out as a beacon of dedication and leadership: Our esteemed head girl Marsha Kaeka. Known for her firm commitment to her role, she incorporates the spirit of exemplary leadership.
Kaeka has demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills on numerous occasions. One notable example was her moving and eloquent speech at the memorial service for the late president Hage Geingob, where she captivated the audience with her heartfelt words and profound empathy.
Beyond her duties as head girl, she actively engages in various extracurricular activities, showcasing her passion for making a difference. As a well-known member of the media club, she tackles the power of communication to boost important messages and foster community engagement. Her participation in debate further underscores her intellectual awareness and ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and conviction.
Additionally, our head girl is actively involved in the Namibia National Students Organisation (NANSO), where she advocates for the rights and welfare of learners, demonstrating her commitment to creating a positive impact beyond the confines of our school walls.
