With the year coming to an end, Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate for Ordinary Level (NSSCO) and Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate for Advanced Subsidiary Level (NSSCAS) learners are anxiously awaiting their results. To encourage a coordinated higher education system, improve students' access to higher education and guarantee excellent higher education, NCHE was founded.
The council also looked at whether these institutions were established by an act of parliament or are privately registered.
