It's an honour to be entrusted with leadership roles, but it also means being responsible for setting an example, managing tasks and sometimes making tough decisions. Overall, it's a rewarding experience, but it comes with its challenges too. As head girl, I would implement initiatives to improve student well-being, promote inclusivity and diversity, enhance academic support systems and foster environmental sustainability.
