Another bus stop gets a facelift
Everyone can contribute to the beauty of a cityscape. This is the motto of Kat Stahl and Wynand Lens, who are known in Windhoek for painting and beautifying bus stops. And the two volunteers have struck again: After painting a bus stop in Ludwigsdorf and not far from the US Embassy in the past, the two artists have now converted a third bus stop into a work of art. The two do not receive any remuneration or commission for their work. A few months ago, Kat explained her motivation as follows: “We simply want to show that each of us can make the world a little more beautiful instead of constantly complaining about it.” They achieve this again and again with every bus stop.
