Let there be water
Farm Okukuna is in the process of drilling its own borehole. This will ensure that the farm has enough water to produce crops throughout the year. In March, Green Team Consultants cc, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, conducted a geophysical survey on the farm to determine the suitable position of the borehole. The drilling of the borehole will commence once all stakeholders are consulted. This project is part of the funding agreement between the United Nations Development Program me (UNDP) and the City of Windhoek.
