The 2024 Paris Olympic Games concluded yesterday morning with the women’s marathon, where Namibia’s Helalia Johannes ended 68th in 2 hourd 38 minutes 36 seconds.
Thirteen Olympic records and three world records were broken during the track and field athletics program from 1 to 11 August in and around the Stade de France Stadium.
In the mixed 4x400 metres relay heats, the USA set a new Olympic and world record in 3 minutes 07.41 seconds. However, the Netherlands won the gold medal in the final.
