Namibia Aviation Safety and Security Conference next week
The Namibia Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) hosts the upcoming Namibia Aviation Safety and Security Conference in the capital from 29 to 31 October.This conference presents a significant opportunity for stakeholders to contribute to and shape the future of aviation safety and security in Namibia.
The conference, themed “Strengthening Namibia Aviation: A Future Built on Safety and Security,” spans two and a half days and features expert presentations, panel discussions and ample networking opportunities. The primary focus is on enhancing aviation safety and security, with collaborative discussions aimed at developing effective strategies for Namibia’s aviation sector.
In addition to the conference, two competitions will be held. One is geared towards aviation professionals, inviting submissions of well-researched papers on initiatives related to aviation safety and security.
The second competition targets youth, offering a graphic/drawing/media interactive competition to engage younger audiences. The deadline for competition submissions is on Friday, with winners to be announced during the conference on 31 October.
