Dr Victor and his Rasta Rebels rock Windhoek
The Windhoek Country Club was the place to be last Saturday as Doctor Victor and The Rasta Rebels took to the stage for an unforgettable performance.The event organised by Big Events Namibia, featured an impressive line-up of supporting acts including the all-female band Essense, Gyzie the One-Man Band and DJ WAXA.
The night kicked off with an electrifying set by DJ WAXA, who had the crowd on their feet with his expertly curated playlist. Then the ladies of Essense took to the stage next and did not disappoint, showcasing their impressive vocals and dynamic stage presence.
Thereafter, Dr Victor and the Rasta Rebels electrified the crowd with their first performance. The exhilarated crowd jumped to their feet and jammed along with the band. As the crowd eagerly awaited Doctor Victor's second performance, Gyzie followed and kept the energy high with his impressive one-man-band act. The moment everyone had been waiting for arrived Doctor Victor and The Rasta Rebels took to the stage for their headline performance.
The legendary South African musicians treated the audience to not one, but two incredible performances, closing the night off with hits like “Gimme Hope Joanna,” “I Love to Truck,” “If You Wanna Be Happy,” and many others. The crowd sang along to every word, dancing and swaying to the infectious beats.
